With so many online restaurant supply and party supply companies selling card holders, you can get great deals on them often with free shipping deals (if you buy enough of them). You might also find them for sale at your local party goods retailer or restaurant supplier (though they won’t be that cheap).

Aside from simply folding cards with table numbers, or guest names to place on tables
and reserve them for your guests, there is a better way to reserve you booths -
If you search online you can find a huge variety of table number holders for sale from online stores and shopping places. Our favorite are the long wire constructed holders that you can slip your reservation cards. They fit any card stock and event decoration permanent cards and can be washed easily. Most are made so that you can even put them in a dishwasher and easily clean them at your party or special event.
Which holders should you buy?
For a restaurant type setting we usually recommend a simple wire holder that is short. It’s important that they are dishwasher friendly and cleaning them is a snap. Yet for a special event or wedding, there are many decorative table settings that you can achieve buy buying a longer holder for placement behind flowers, or a very short (just above table height) holder to place guest names right at the bottom and have the table setting going around it. It’s really your choice, for single special event you don’t have to worry about washing and cleaning, typically your party rental store is going to clean them up after you return your rented goods.

a little adjustment because its crooked.

and increase stability.
Use a low one with very solid base if you’re also setting up light pillar candles
to reduce the risk of fire danger from tipping.
Long hard table numbers may be considered as a weapon in some localities and won’t
be allowed in some rented reception halls.
